SALON POLICIES

What to know before you visit.

Please review our policies below. They help us keep every visit safe, fair and relaxing for all of our guests.

1. Nail Enhancement Wear & Care

Clients should expect nail extensions to wear off gradually with time. Extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood of lifting. We recommend nail enhancements or refills every two to three weeks. Regular polish may last up to three days, and gel polish may last up to two weeks, depending on the situation.

2. Service Frequency

It would help to visit your favorite nail technician every two to three weeks to fill in the space created by the growth of your natural nails. Going beyond three weeks without a fill and nail treatment can increase pressure on the lifted extension and raise the risk of fungal infection.

3. Payment for Services

You are paying for the artist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide your service. No refund will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If the application or product is at fault, a complimentary express touch-up will be provided. Concerns raised after 48 hours, or caused by improper aftercare, will be charged the full price of the service.

4. Warranty

We offer a three-to-five-day guarantee on treatments and products. This warranty is void if: the nail enhancement was serviced by another nail shop; you worked without gloves with harsh chemicals; the enhancement was bitten or intentionally abraded; you used products other than those we recommended; you did not follow our home-care advice; you did not seek medical help when recommended; or you did not use products according to instructions.

5. Complaints

If you have a complaint about treatment or product, please report it as soon as possible — no later than three working days after discovery — in writing or by phone. We will give an adequate response within three working days. If the complaint is justified, we will perform the agreed treatment again.

6. Medical Conditions

Before receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, major recent surgery or allergies. If you are taking medication, are postoperative, pregnant, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before any nail or facial service — certain conditions may preclude some treatments.

7. Skin Conditions

If you have any skin condition such as sunburn, rash or fungus, please notify your manicurist. We cannot proceed with foot treatments if you have athlete’s foot, verruca or a fungal infection. We do not recommend waxing or facials directly before or after heat treatment.

8. Appointment Cancellation

Life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled — please inform us 24 hours or more in advance. We allow a 15-minute grace period after your appointment time; beyond that, we may need to reschedule to accommodate our other guests. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show.” We may refuse booking after multiple no-show appointments.

9. Children

We welcome children in the salon, but we ask that you do not leave your children unattended. We care about your child’s safety, and they must be in your care the entire time they are in the salon.

10. Personal Possessions

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property. Please secure your valuables.

11. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any combination for services or products. They are valid for one year and are not refundable. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates.

12. Return Policy

Sorry, no refund will be given for products, services or gift certificates.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
